GENERAL INFO

  • Transactions are made securely with Square payments or via Paypal. Your privacy and security are assured. 

  • Prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP). 

  • Any international payments made, may be subject to additional charges by the credit card providers and/or banks. 

  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this within 24 hours please get in touch.

  • We will deliver the goods ordered by you, to the delivery address given during the order process (unless ‘collect from store” has been selected). 

  • We use Royal Mail, Fed Ex or Evri for the delivery of goods to the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

  • We endeavour to despatch goods for delivery within two working days (subject to availability) Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, during the weekend or over a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer free click and collection from our gift shop in Derby. Just select 'collect from store' from the delivery option and subject to availability, we'll aim to have your order ready for collection the next working day. We will contact you via email or any contact number you have given on your order, to arrange a suitable collection time.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY £2.95

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Service, approx delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Please allow for longer delivery during peak times e.g. Christmas. Orders over £45 have FREE standard delivery within the UK.

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY £6.00 

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 TRACKED or FED EX Service. Delivery time is 1-2 working days. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE AND CAN STILL BE SUBJECT TO DELAYS.


EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International or Evri. Postage costs will be dependent on the weight of order and will be confirmed prior to posting. Approximately delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: For deliveries outside of the U.K prices do not include any customs duties and taxes which will, if applicable, be payable by you. Please check with your National Postal Service for current tariff rates.

 

 

RETURNS

  • It's OK to change your mind. Just fill out the form below with your order details and reason for return and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging and in a resalable condition.

  • Returned items should be packaged securely, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

  • Postage costs of returned goods are payable by the customer unless received from us as faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE.

  • All returned goods are inspected on arrival and a refund will be processed within 7 working days. Should a product be returned in a condition we deem as unfit for resale, we will not process the refund and will inform you of this decision via e-mail.
